Cleaning up a batch of cabinets acquired some time ago, had a strange find in it.

Smaller screen inside the bezel... Let's investigate the back.

Mostly empty cab with a brick on some wood.. But hey, I know that shape !

Yank out the control panel and ta-da ! A Vectrex !

Cut the power cable and an extra wire for the audio and it's out ! Tomorrow I'll reconnect a power plug and see if this little one still works - not that there are high hopes but you never know

getting monitors for these cabs is hard,i have one that plays blind i suspect its the flyback and its an obsolete monitor.

yours looks like its a mame candidate unless you have all the parts to restore it.be a good candidate for all the arkanoids/brealouts,kind of a multi bat and ball cab.

Its probably going to be a multigame with an lcd screen, indeed. Fits one joystick and that game selector holds a 3-in-1 button.
