Interesting. This is very much appreciated.OK, I dug out my OSSC and done a simple test.
VGA out from Model 3 > Extron 160xi > Extron BNC to OSSC using Startech BNC-VGA cable = No image.
VGA out from Model 3 > Extron 160xi > Extron BNC to RT4K using Startech BNC-VGA cable = Triple image, there may be a setting I can change but it's not usable.
I can't find my connectors so can't test any further, using a standard component cable with BNC to RCA adapters may be your solution.

Question. When you tested the OSSC via the Extron, was it at least outputting to the arcade monitor? Then at least the Extron is working because the arcade monitor is displaying the output from it. If only the OSSC is having difficulty with the image, then at least we know it’s just the OSSC settings we have to screw with.
I had found a site that had Model 2 specific timings, but now frustratingly I can’t find it. I did find this, which has verified timings that work with Daytona USA which being Model 2 I would assume would theoretically also work with VF2 being the same board:
Based on this thread I ended up buying the retrotink vga/rgb. If you are getting a triple image on the retrotink and nothing on the OSSC that lends credence to the idea that the wiring on the Startech is non standard / wrong.
