Iron Horse and Sunset Riders. Any game with a train and gun(s) = rail shooter. Hell, even Mad Dog MCcree.... yeeehah!
But seriously I'd say any 1st person shooters where you have no control over your character / ship/ whatever direction. ie you are on rails going forwards. sideways etc but the direction in general is fixed.
3rd person shooters, nah as you have control over your character so can avoid shots etc
