Which BluRay Player

time to upgrade from my DVD/VCR combo which is on its last legs.
Anyone have any recommendations, what I need it to do is...

Play multi-region DVDs (bluray regions a bonus)
Play AVI/MP4/MKV etc from USB
Stream stuff

Looking in the region up to £100

No matter how hard I search I just can't find something that ticks all the boxes. (like multi region dvd)
