Xbox (original) - SCART vs Component lead

Hi All,

Any advice please as I am hooking my original Xbox upto a three year old Samsung 32" HD TV which has both Scart and Component connectors and I'm after the best picture possible so I can play the original Outrun 2.

Which would give the clearest and sharpest picture a SCART lead or a Component lead please ?

If I remember rightly you would need to switch your system to USA to get decent componant output.

Yep or a softmod via a memory card can enable a non-USA model to output high res too I think.
