Yoke question

So I picked up another free 20” crt tv last night off of marketplace,the yoke readings are a good match for hantarex chassis,but it looks like it has some extra windings on the yoke,I have never came across one like it before,what is the purpose of the extra windings?

It's the line balance coil. It's ususally found on bigger tubes and the purpose is to correct cross misconvergence of red and blue. It's part of the horizontal deflection coil.
