CRT colour issues.

Hi,

I am having issues with my arcade CRT. It’s been working fine and, switched it on this morning and the screen colours are incorrect. Seems to be very pink/purple. I’m not very confident with tinkering with the CRT itself so if someone could advise if there’s and easy fix or is there a crt repair service I can use? Pic attached although it doesn’t capture it perfectly.

What would the potential fix be please? I’m not confident with anything complex with CRTs. Is there something safe that I can try?

From the game pcb tobthe neck board, the problem cann be anywhere. If you have another pcb, try it and see if green works. Some pictures and details from the monitor chassis can help a lot.

I have tried my Jammix and that has the same issue. Here are a couple of photos of the chassis. Let me know if you need something else.

Looks like a wells gardner chassis. All the rgb stuff is on the neck board. i would start by checking the solder joints specialy on the crt socket.

I'm not very familiar with this chassis.

It'll be a lot cheaper if you learn to take the chassis off yourself and send to @gunblade or others on here. There's plenty of guides on YouTube and on here. I was dreading doing it to start with, but it was quite straightforward in the end.

Sorry bud. I’m completely new to this.

Is that the knobs at the back of the neck board you are talking about? Someone suggested reseating the video connection on the board.

Apologies for my lack of understanding, just really nervous about working on this thing.
