Thinking if having a week somewhere in Europe later this year.

Any good spots for arcades?
I would like to find somewhere that's like America or Japan where there's a chance to win some stuff without pumping in £100 like arcades in this country.
A retro arcade or two wouldn't go amiss either.

Isn't there a big one that opened up the last couple years somewhere in Spain??

They had a big street fighter tournament at one point, the linked cps2 tournament edition thingy.

There, that narrows it down :p

So somewhere here !

Retro arcades are somewhere I might visit abroad.
But since I've already been to the arcade clubs in Bury and Blackpool I doubt any others will match those for sheer retro goodness.

That's why I want to find a place like GIGO in japan where that's loads of different type of claw machines that you actually have a chance of winning from so I can get some cool tat to bring home.

Been to the two Adamski mentioned in Krakow. Pinball in very central and the Arcade is outskirts of town but easy to get to by tram.

Krakow itself is a wonderful city. Lots of WW2 history if you are keen on that. I am.
Food, Drink all very good in Krakow and probably the cheapest City Break holiday from UK.

5 nights with hotel and flight with Easyjet starts at around £250 each

+1 for Krakow, went there 2 years ago with a big group.

Pinball museum was a bit disappointing as most machines were not looked after very well and had issues.

The arcade museum on the outskirts was a lot better.

The house of beer was a pretty good bar as well, lots of special beers on draft and cans and the food was good, and if you like Vodka there is a Vodka bar as well near the house of beer.

That arcade in Spain looks not bad, I spotted a Phillips G7000 console in the cabinet, I got one for my 13th birthday, happy days, I had about a dozen games for it.

Krakow is a nice town to visit, But I never went to any arcade. But they sure had some cheap vodka, I bought a one liter bottle and next thing I remember I woke up in Dresden with the worst headache I ever had!
