Not sure how much help this will be, might be able to work out pinout from photos, can try and list pinout if have no joy.

Can you please check if pin 6 and 7 on the ls245 IC33 are shorted on your board?
The ic itself is not shorted, the inputs are on my pcb.

I managed to hit 2 birds with one stone. I found the short. Reflowing IC51 also resolved the reset problem on the OKI M6295 soud IC. Everything works now. Thanks again!

Pins for an potentiometer or encoder are still unknown otherwise pinout complete.
