I would dearly love to see Stacey Solomon and her production team clambering through your incredible arcade emporium
@69er
As the glam rock pop group Sweet sang , back in the 1970s …….
“She just wouldn’t have a clue —WHAT ! to dooo !!!”
(A lyric line from ‘Blockbuster’ for those a bit younger on here)
The sad thing is I don’t either !!! I know I am not alone on this forum of people who collect (hoard) Arcadia artifacts and when it’s your career also you want a good stock of thousands of fuses, Mars orange clips, Elaut crane cord, starpoint buttons and microswitches, joysticks, pinball coils (new& used) coin mechs of all types, self tap screws, coach bolts, price of play labels, locks, all types of bulbs… I should have just photocopied an old Shefras spares catalogue there to be quicker,
That’s just one shelf then the floor is covered with monitors and chassis , between the approx 40 assorted coin op complete items . Don’t even mention 7” ex jukebox singles they are in cash boxes and stacked feet deep on old pool cues. Then there’s the manuals and spares catalogues.
Tools galore , when you leave a place that had a workshop attached you bring out the tools obviously ….. there must be hundreds of spanner’s and screwdrivers.. even our lathe pillar drill , band saw and more power tools than some hire shops stock..
It’s a disaster zone ……… 😂😂😂 hard hats recommended as even the roof is full with stuff that can’t fit on any shelf or other flat surface…. Ref x men picture above !
Then …… away from the ‘shed’.. back in the house .. the wife has possibly saved a sample of nearly every ‘popular’ soft toy we had in the claw grabs…. especially meerkats, we score 100% on any ‘date match’ site !!!! 48 years next month! I only have two jukeboxes and the odd Corgi 1:64 model superhauler trucks (approx70) in the lounge! So bad as each other. Sorry to drift off the thread a bit !!!!
