That looks like someone has joined a punisher and Top Skater cab at the sub atomic level.
Cool cp art though, I’ve never seen it either. I thought the artwork supplied in US/ World cps kid was the same as the Japanese games just in English. That seems to be the case for games like Punisher, C&D and AvP.

Well I recieved the BackBit NeoGeo cart a couple of days ago, I preordered it when I saw it was announed....
So far I think it's excellent..., it loads every game lightning fast that I have thrown at it......I've got the NeoSD PRO and even with the flash option on the NeoSD the Backbit runs rings around that...
Is that ECA?….I had the dedicated cab and I regret selling it, ….i had a spare Japanese stack that I kept for when I wanna play it though as it’s a fun game….At long, long.. long last..
Spot on, been after one to complete my Model 3 driver collection for years now. I remember your cab - lovely with the lights running on the topper. It's a funny game, "I don't want to die!".. and I can see it will be infuriating at times too!

Yes the FFB works, if I remember right its the same rom chip on the FFB board as the Sega rally 2 one for it to work...Spot on, been after one to complete my Model 3 driver collection for years now. Yeah it can be frustrating game especially on the higher difficulty settings as the time limits can be pretty unforgiving for mistakes...,it's mostly about learning and executing the perfect driving line on each stage as the traffic you face is identifcal each time...o
