Playing quite a bit of Time Pilot. Although it’s an infuriating game and the missiles all seem to have my name on them.
I find that steering like a drunken maniac helps to avoid them - mostly.

After playing Toki as a kid and never made it past level 1, have grabbed myself a board and am attempting to complete it by end of the year.
I've improved a lot 1 credit and I can make it mid way through level 4... Gonna have to push hard tonight and tomoz

Been playing Demon Front this week, if I'm honest first couple of days of playing I didn't really think much of it, felt like a nice metal slug style game, but wasn't quite as good... Then I started using the pets rather than just charging through and shooting everything, it adds a whole new element to the game.
I don't think it beats Metal Slug 3 but it's up there.

I haven't played Super Space Invaders in ages, I don't actually think I've played the proper arcade version and only ever played the Amiga port.

 

[PAC-MAN]

This week, I have been mostly playing - Ms PAC-MAN

Having lost interest in this Hobby over the last few years it's started coming back so pleased I hung onto the cabs over that period as it was tempting to just sell up and walk away although the last couple of weeks has proved that would have been a mistake.

I've never spent much time with Ms PAC, but I've started to try and understand ghost behavior, grouping etc and that has opened up serious depth within the game which has me hooked for now.

The Bitkit has to have a mention here, what a cool addition to the cab that is. If you have a PAC cab, I would seriously recommend grabbing yourself one.

I turned off my phone and had three hours of 80's goodness in the games room this morning, loved it!

I enjoy Ms Pac, but it's a tough one, and I've never really managed to find any predictable ghost behaviour to put to use, let alone any routes/patterns. Have to admit that I still have never got to the 4th maze. 🫣

It get's hairy bloody quickly and fast!

I'm pretty sure the ghost behaviour is the same on PAC-MAN also.

* Edit - although the ghosts don't ' scatter ' like they do in PAC-MAN, they're just on your tail all the time. *
