Well done, you've done the worst bit. I'm just coming up on 9 months, I still get the urge now & then...I was just at the Edinburgh festival for a week where it's all about the beer & cigs as I'm sure you know...came very close to giving in but managed to resist and grabbed some haribo instead - they've saved my life man

The wife is on her 3 attempt to quit this year, I try to encourage by saying I'll stub the cigerette out on the dog each time she has one, but to date ... Not working

You've probably seen more at the festival than me then mate
Chewing gum seems to be my weapon of choice for fighting the cravings, oh and still on the patches

I havent had a tab since february and its great, I cant lie though, many many many many times I still want one, and in fact I fancy one now. But im not going too. Once a smoker always a smoker I guess. But im gonna do my best not to cave (i'll just fire up the cab and play some cave instead)
