Once you figure out everything you can have different .inis for your digital and analog setups, horizontal and vertical and different controllers.

The table back on page 3 I think shows what settings you need to have for no lag on various setups. You need to have a look at that then adjust your .ini as needed.

These will probably be different between your JPac and JAMMAmisterthingy.

No, I don’t think so.

You need that to use keyboard, arcade controls etc together.

I suspect if you look in the ini file that came with it it will have all the settings you need.

I did what it says on the crt screen to show .ini file on screen but it didn’t .

Still shows it through hdmi though

My core menu only ever says define joystick
Rather that joysticks
And only maps 1 stick and finishes the mapping.

I don’t know how to say this any more times but it will never ask you to define player 2!

That is a VERY old issue. I’d be very surprised if that was still a problem.

If this is an old issue why has it not been eradicated in the update all script ? Answer Probebly because
They don’t cater for third party tech ?
I think it’s just an incompatibility issue with this card …
Question is can we sort it in the .ini ?

Please that thread again. The issue was not with the update script (update all was not out then) and it says the quirk was already integrated. The OP there had an issue with an off the shelf usb encoder clone, it was unique to that setup.

IMHO you need to try it with another setup and edit your .ini. It also looks like there is a dip or setting for different input modes for you JAMMA encoder. I’d go through those settings.

You’re welcome to come round and try different things. I think you are seeing a classic ‘false economy’ for buying cheap…!
