Namco USIO PCB (2008-2011):
First used for games on the Namco system 357 and later on the ES3, this I/O isn’t really a JVS I/O but a USB serial I/O with inputs on one board.
So is this a jvs board or a usb serial ?

Does this explain why my games on the ttx2 niko multi are throwing up a jvs error ?

Yeah the USB I/O has the battery JVS doesn't have it so makes it easy to tell them apart USB version is for Deadstorm Pirates ect.

I saw the thread on it being coin counter 1 bridged to 12v with a 1/2w 100 ohm resistor

Yes that sounds correct, I got the info from Arcade Projects.

01=Coin Counter 1

02=Coin Counter 2


Just need to locate 12v now
Akhishop custom 360/ps3+
Works on pc as well .

Stick mounting plate works as a nice fixing plate for it also 😁
Might ad a bit of cork to underside of the plate just to give it a nice soft
base.

Took the back off my Noir, here’s a couple of bad pics. 😳😳

I can see the resistor, wrapped in tape but it’s hard to see which connections it connects too.

The resistor is connected to the 2 black wires. One is next to the red connection 2. The other is the opposite end of that 2 row connector.
