Hantarex MTC 9110 instant glare

Hello to everyone.
I noticed flashes on my hantarex mtc 9110 monitor, which are more visible when approaching the screen.
the voltages in the tube seem to be bouncing.
What do you think could be the reason? Should I be afraid of this situation?

I've known about this error for almost 6 months, but these days I'm starting to worry about it.

check things like marquee light, power supply voltages, maybe a few caps on chassis ( 22uf 250v ones in particular and anything in the 200v video b+), try different game board to prove no issue on signal

I tried with different boards, the result did not change. What should I do about the marquee light?

you disconnect the tube, you need to read your voltages etc, check your video ground continuity

does every pot work on the chassis including the sub brightness pot?

yes all pots are working.

check your video ground continuity :

video gnd 14.pin in jamma harness is idle, can it be related to this. Or is it another issue you mentioned?

There are additional cables on the video inputs. Could these be related?
r.g.b.syn.cgnd?

It's so ridiculously localised, could it not be a video memory decoupling issue on the motherboard?

Not sure what I'm looking at - is it the slow white banding? Power supply noise? Video GND? Brightness/contrast controls adjusted harshly?
