C114 refers to a 22uf 50v (sometimes 35v but just go for a 50v) cap in the PSU section, but that's on a polo 1 chassis. The flowchart referred to above is for a Polo 1 chassis, although most of it can be applied to a Polo 2. You have to look up a Polo 1 chassis though as the parts on a Polo 2 have different part numbers - c114 on a Polo 1 is c18 on a Polo 2. You can get the caps anywhere, I usually get mine from CPC as I buy quite a few of each value at a time, but you can also get them from eBay and other places.
To be honest I'd be surprised if c18 is causing it, although it's always a good idea to change the 3 electrolytic caps in the PSU section if they haven't already. This fault could also be caused by a duff lopt, you don't always get the ocp clicking with a duff lopt.tb20002017-12-11 11:54:07
