If you have some heat shrink tubing, you can cut off the hard blue plastic fork connector sleeving and replace it with heat shrink tubing instead. This will make the connector thinner and less bulky so you should be able to fit another fork connector onto the screw terminal.
What I would do however, is have just two fork connectors, with two thick ground wires crimped/soldered to each connector. So instead of having 4 fork connectors with 4 separate wires, just have 4 wires going to 2 connectors. This would then fit onto the GND terminal your pictured PSU, especially if you use heat shrink tubing.
