Was the 257 pages a happy coincidence?

I really enjoyed this book. The first half was a fascinating history lesson, and the second half incredibly amusing with the competitive politics that go along with high scores.

One of the most informative and readable gaming books I've read. Great use of photos and technical drawings from the archives too.

I saved Tony's book as a read until after Xmas and it is really a great book. The challenge from Roy Shildt on the trackball setting on Tony's world record is a really fascinating story and ultimately shows how seriously some people take world record scores. I'm on Tony' side on this one!

Just go onto YouTube and enter "missile command roy shildt" and it opens up a whole new world of fanatical viewpoints...!
