Picked up copies of Solar Quest & Star Ship this morning. Just Blitz! & Fortress of Narzod to go out of the official UK releases I think. I've found loose copies of both but only want boxed copies with overlays. Box condition doesn't bother me so if anyone has either laying about spare.... 😁

Narzod is going to be more expensive than the rest. I only have about 8 originals, all in badly battered boxes. 😆 Only got them for the overlays really, but they look quite presentable when put in box protectors. Never play the original carts as they're all (legally) available on multi carts.

Yeah, it's the overlays and satisfaction of owning really. I know I can get repros but not quite the same. Good thing is the Vectrex has a very limited catalogue otherwise I wouldn't bother

Thanks, I sold one a couple of years ago as the image was slightly off centre and bugged me, but really miss it especially when I look at all the homebrew and new releases.

You can adjust the CRT inside if you're willing to poke around with the CRT yoke but it is risky with some very high voltages in there!

Added a copy of Fortress of Narzod today. Original cart but repro box and overlay. I did find an all original but it was in Italy and was priced at more than I was prepared to pay. This'll do until I can find a complete UK copy and I should be able to get my cash back on it 🙂

I've been trying to find box protectors as most of mine are pretty rough (to say the least) but haven't been able to find anyone in the UK with stock. Do you remember where yours came from?

I got mine years ago on eBay, I think. Don't think the seller still does them. Someone on FB posted a link to these, but I can't vouch for the quality of them.

Good game that! Worth checking out some of the homebrew as well (also pitrex if you have a PI ZERO)

Managed to buy Blitz! today, so that's a full set of original UK releases (other than the original box and overlay for Fortress of Narzod). About half are in good condition so will probably now spend my time finding better copies of the rest 😂
