Ok, verified the connections are right on the bridge.
I measured 18v AC coming off the transformer to the bridge rectifier.
Unplugged the lamp board cable. Here is what I get (ACv) left to right in order of the pic below.

6.3
6.4
19.6

Does that sound correct?

What are you measuring relative to?
I think measuring for 11VAC and 18VAC between the 3 lines shown is the most useful thing.

Yes, from those videos it seems it doesn’t take much time at all from the engaging of the motor test to seeing the car move left, it’s almost instant where as mine is trying, skips the left and heads right, stops at the limit switch, does not return to center and then game starts with it stuck on the right limit switch.

Ok, John, measurement off the brake light molex, between pins 3 & 4 I only get 11. 4 and then between pins 3 & 5 about 3.8. I’m not seeing any DC voltage between pin 7&8, just AC.
@Mykill2.0 can you please check your brake light molex with a meter and see if it's the same or is it higher?

I also tested the transformer points, game is 120v being US, 60hz, verified. All of the voltages there seem to be correct? so wondering if it something, even 1 is not carrying through properly to it's destination?

Just let me know if you need me to check anything.

Thanks

Ok, found something.. do think it's relevant.

(Picture from web) I'm missing this wire right here. Please zoom in on it. Where does the middle red solid wire run to? It's the middle red solid wire where the 2 black & red wires that run from the bridge come from. The 2 black & red wires run to the brake light & motor board from what I can tell and it doesn't look like it's receiving anything here to carry without it. What voltage should be carried to the black & red wires there, one is pin 5 on the brake light molex. Thanks

I want to say that it’s the missing 18v. Thinking it’s in a chain that goes something like this.. 18v red/black from the transformer to bridge rectifier AC and red wire from there to where it’s missing.

The way to tell for sure is if I could see under that rectifier? remembering how the bridge rectifier was missing from the game, I’ve never been able to see that clear. Thanks

Found this dirty pic and that sure looks like 2 red wires coming off the AC bridge of the bridge rectifier (18v AC). My connections to that each have 1 wire only.

OK, I'll just wait to hear back and try it as soon as a little more confident. I don't want to send 18v into here without being a bit more sure.

If anyone else has a game? Please help by confirming this.

Thanks!

For what it's worth, the motor drive PCB won't work if the AC 18V isn't present, as that's how it senses the mains. So it might not be right, but there must be something there for it to lock on-to, otherwise it wouldn't move at all - it'd sit there shuddering, or shut down for protection.

OK, thanks. Any way that you can tell from the schematic? I tried going over it but can’t seem to tell if an additional wire comes off AC from the rectifier to that rail/bridge or a third wire from the rail/bridge where the 2 red/black wires are that may go to somewhere else?
