I would also open the case and check everything is plugged in properly, if you haven't already.
I would be careful near the GPU power cable, those things can catch fire just looking at them!

This is what I can see in Bios. No idea why the 6000mhz ram is running at 4800. To be honest no idea what I'm looking for

i suspect its something amiss with your GPU with that error message, your bios isnt that out of date, its from July
i dont think its seated correctly personally, the error message is indicating its out of video memoryIf following that path of theory, run this, then reinstall the GPU drivers https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
That is at 7680 x 2130You should see a furry ring, and if you just clicked run test and didn't change anything, I would be miffed, 5090 getting 242 fps and me getting more on a 5080View attachment 47619
Yes it's plugged into the gpuOooh, I just spotted something, the gpu on your cpu is enabled, you need to find the bios option and disable that, slim chance it may be part of your problem, either way it's not needed, and really stupid question, you have plugged your display cable into the gpu not the motherboard?

Surely the pc had a burn in period before dispatching making sure everything was working, must had someone who thought " yeah windows is installed its fine " and threw it out the door.. have sturn words with them as you have handed over a large sum of readies to them.Surely, it would just run at whatever frame rate it can produce and just show choppy graphics.
At this point I've pretty much given up, I'll talk to their tech support tomorrow but at the very least it needs a full reinstall. I couldn't even run in safe mode as I don't seem to have use of the keyboard when I boot to advanced recovery options.
